Tabbed Inc. (“Company,” “Tabbed,” “we,” “our” or “us”) values the trust you place in our services and endeavors to deliver an exceptional experience at all times. This Refund Policy sets forth the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted. Please read this document carefully. Your use of our services constitutes your agreement to these terms.

Applicability
This Policy governs all refund requests for transactions processed through Tabbed. It does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are granted only at Tabbed’s sole discretion and are not guaranteed. To be considered, you must submit a refund request in accordance with the “Submitting a Request” section below.

Evaluation Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid request, we will conduct a comprehensive review, which may include:

  • Verification of transaction details and account activity

  • Consultation with the restaurant or vendor involved

  • Analysis of any additional information or circumstances relevant to your request
    After completing our evaluation, we will determine whether a refund is warranted.

Submitting a Request
To initiate a refund review, please email our Customer Support Team at contact@tabbedinc.com. Include:

  • Your full name and Tabbed Account identifier

  • Transaction date and amount

  • Detailed explanation of your reason for seeking a refund

  • Any supporting documentation you wish to provide

Processing Timeline
We aim to complete our evaluation within five to seven business days of receiving all required information. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider’s policies.

Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer or payment processor, we cannot process a refund until the chargeback is rescinded. We strongly encourage you to contact us first so we may address your concerns directly.

Non-Refundable Amounts
The following fees are never eligible for refund and will be deducted from any approved refund:

  • Tabbed service fees

  • Gratuities designated for service staff

Policy Revisions
Tabbed reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. We will publish any updates on our website and revise the “Last updated” date accordingly. Please review this Policy periodically to stay informed of changes.
